ADS obligation under the warranty is to provide the parts for the repair, or replacement of any defective part with one that is equivalent to the original in performance.
The ADS dental system does not represent the disinfection efficacy of any disinfection product. Questions about product efficacy should be directed to the specific manufacturer of that product. For any damage caused by the use of any disinfectant, we do not make any express or implied warranty.
The warranty period for patient seats and hydraulic systems is ten(10) years from the date of purchase, subject to qualifications for installation and maintenance.
1. ADS Patient chair (previously 5 years), Surgical chair (previously 5 years), Delivery system (previously 5 years), and original components (excluding upholstery) are now guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years from the purchase date.
2. ADS Lights (previously 2 years), Stools (previously 1 year), and original components (excluding upholstery) are now guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the purchase date.
3. ADS Ortho carts (previously 1 year), and original components are now guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years from the purchase date.
4. ADS Mechanical room compressors and vacuums, and original components are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years from the purchase date.
5. Warranty excludes labor charges and shipping costs to the ADS factory.
6. All upholstery: Now covered for 5 years (previously 1 year); excludes normal wear, stains, cuts, scratches, and damage from disinfectants.
7. Electric motors, tubing, and control modules; and original components: Now covered for 1 year (previously 6 months).
8. Mechanical room add-on accessories and control modules: Covered for 1 year.
9. Fiber Optic Tubing: Now covered for 1 year (previously 6 months).
10. Only authorized ADS dealers should perform service to maintain warranty validity.
